Shipping, Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
1. We will ship your products within 2 working days of your confirmed order by our payment gateway.
2. The recipient's telephone and mobile no. is required to coordinate delivery timings. This ensures that your product(s) are delivered.
3. Order accepted till 8:00 pm IST (GMT + 5:30) are executed and shipped next 2 working days.
4. Prices are inclusive of GST + Shipping charges.
5. When deliveries are made on workplace, hotels, hospital please ensure all details are filled including room no. etc. Please provide proper details to us by Whatsapp on +91-9672269269
6. Delivery will be made as per policy of the courier service which may require your signature, id proof or OTP.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
We have no return policy
1. No Returns can be made after the product has been shipped. Cancellations to the order con only be made before Shipping the product(s).
2. Cancellation or Return of order shall be made with by Email, SMS, Whatsapp with Subject: " Return / Cancellation Request" and sent to +91-9672269269

REFUND POLICY
1. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
a. Order was cancelled before it was shipped.
b. Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
c. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
d. The product(s) was different from that shown on website.
2. A refund can only be requested in case of delivery failure, different from product shown or damaged product(s), our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
3. Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
4. Refund will only be made to the original bank account that was used to make the payment and in all matters concerning Cancellation and RefundAamantran.com shall have the deciding hand.
5. Aamantran.com may amend its Cancellation, Return And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
